Refund & Cancellation Policy
Trial & Cancellations
  • Services begin with a paid 7 days trial to help families assess comfort, compatibility, and service quality.
  • If a customer cancels before the trial start date, the following refund rules will apply:
Cancellation fee is deducted to cover administrative and caregiver coordination costs
  • If the customer cancels during the trial period, the trial fee is refundable on a pro-rata basis.
  • After the trial period, a 7 days prior notice is required for cancellation of ongoing services.(This ensures caregiver income continuity and allows Famblee time to arrange a new placement.)
Trial & Re-Scheduling
We understand that plans can change.To maintain fairness to both parents and caregivers, Famblee Care follows the below rescheduling policy:
If re-scheduling is more than 3 days before the trial start date, we cannot guarantee the same nanny’s availability. Operationally, a new booking must be processed, and cancellation charges mentioned earlier will apply.
Replacements
  • Our caregivers are trained professionals, and our first step is always to resolve any performance concerns through feedback, coaching, and retraining within 1 working day
  • If the issue persists, Famblee will arrange a replacement caregiver within 7 days.
  • If a replacement cannot be arranged within the stipulated time, a pro-rata refund (based on unused service days) will be issued.
Caregiver No-Show
Day 1 No-Show: If the assigned caregiver fails to report on the first day of service, customers may choose either:
  • A full refund, or
  • New caregiver
Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during booking.
Mid-Service Termination
  • If the customer terminates the service without providing the required 7-day notice, a 7-day service fee will be charged (in lieu of the notice period).
Transfer policy
The family hereby agrees that the booking taken for the aforementioned programs is non-transferable.
Non-Refundable Fees
Any platform or service convenience fees charged during booking are non-refundable.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
  • Full refund in case of caregiver misconduct, safety issue, or medical emergency.
  • There will be case-by-case resolution by Famblee support team.
